"Mad Money" Stock Picks Daily Recap

Thursday, May 6, 2010

Having trouble keeping track of all of Jim Cramer's stock picks? Below is the latest recap of the stocks mentioned on Jim Cramer's Mad Money show. Also included are stocks mentioned on "Stop Trading!"

This list is provided as a public service. Jim Cramer's trading opinions are followed by many traders and his stock picks, whether you agree with them or not, often move stocks.

Cramer talks fast and gets crazy, and mistakes in these recaps may happen. You should watch the actual shows for specific advice that Cramer gives concerning entry and exit points.
On Thursday Cramer said "When nothing else works, only the high-yielding stocks matter." He explained that today's midday collapse of the Dow, down 988 points at one point, was a mistake and wasn't for real. Cramer chalked up today's brief plunge in the markets to a trading error, and said investors should panic. Cramer recommended stocks like General Mills (GIS) (analyze), Merck (MRK) (analyze) and ConEd (ED) (analyze). For growth, Cramer said he still likes Apple (AAPL) (analyze), and for protection Eldorado Gold (EGO) (analyze).
